Now, we need a Customer Service Associate (CSA) Team Lead to be the heartbeat of our site. You aren't just a supervisor; you’re the foundation of our customer experience and the ultimate hype-person for your squad. You lead by example, take immense pride in smashin' daily tasks, and set the golden standard for Bubble Down's culture.  

Think of this role as your launchpad—it's your official introduction to a pipeline of leadership opportunities and advanced training within our fast-growing company.  

What You’ll Do Every Day (The Fun Stuff) 

You’ll "be the bridge" connecting our awesome CSA crew with the management team. 

Your daily mission includes:  

• The Ultimate Conductor: Spearhead the high-energy rotation of your team through the crucial stations: Guiding/Loading cars onto the conveyor, running the lot, and crushing it at the paystations.  
• The Welcoming Committee: Greet customers, practice the "10-foot rule," and find out what makes them tick. VIP Access Seller: Keep the team motivated to smash sales milestones and grow our Unlimited Wash Club (UWC) membership family.  
• Tech & Checklists Ninja: Master the POS system and dominate the daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists on Wash Systems to keep the site running like a well-oiled machine.  
• Safety & Shine Warden: Keep the site looking pristine, safe, and beautiful. You’ll know exactly how to handle equipment safely and when to hit the shut-off switch if needed.  
• Coach Coach: Take a massive role in training the newest CSA hires, uplifting your peers, and making sure everyone is smiling, uniform-ready, and set up for success.

• Maximizing car output and keeping the express tunnel safely humming.  
• A rock-solid understanding of retract packages and vehicles that are a "no-go" for the tunnel.  
• High membership sales and stellar customer engagement.  
• An insanely positive contribution to team cohesion and stellar training of new hires.  
• Efficient use of downtime—if there’s a lull, you’re proactively looking for ways to keep the site sparkling.
