The Customer Service Associate is responsible for supporting UOVO Wine clients by providing outstanding service, assisting with warehouse operations, and learning key aspects of logistics and inventory management. This individual will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, assist with dispatching, packing, and inventory tasks, and act in the best interest of the client while upholding UOVO Wine’s standards of excellence. In addition, they will participate in daily warehouse projects, actively engage as a member of the Operations Team, and perform other duties as assigned. Approximately 70% of the work required will be office tasks, and 30% will be inventory and warehouse tasks.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting while utilizing a computer
Frequent use of fingers and wrists (typing, scanning, handling documents)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when packing or moving cases of wine
Ability to stand and move throughout warehouse when assisting with packing and inventory

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications:
Required:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics support
Preferred:
Experience in the wine, logistics, or luxury goods industries
Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling
Responsibilities:
Respond to all customer inquiries via phone and email within the same business day
Provide clear, professional communication and resolve client requests promptly
Learn and support dispatch operations, including scheduling and coordinating deliveries/pickups
Assist in packing wine orders securely and accurately for shipment
Support warehouse operations by helping with inventory counts and stock maintenance
Update client information and assist with wine inventory system training and support
Monitor customer service email inboxes and ensure timely responses to inquiries
Escalate complex client issues to supervisors or managers as needed
Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to prioritize outbound orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and warehouse activities
Participate in team meetings, special projects, and cross-department support as required
Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary commensurate with experience.
