Pay Rate: $18-$20/HR

Location: Curtis bay, MD 

Our client in Curtis Bay, MD is looking for a full time shipping and receiving coordinators to help in the warehouse! Customer Service Representative job duties:

• Data entry of customer orders, and special orders.
• Monitoring Customer transactions and replying to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Help to maintain filing, prepare, and sort documents.
• Manage and update customer and vendor accounts.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Answering customer phone calls

Customer Service requirements include: 

• Strong computer skills including data entry & typing
• Must be extremely motivated, energetic, and personable
• Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
