Pay & Benefits

• Expected annual salary is between $40,000 – $50,000

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads in a professional, friendly manner


• Manage customer inquiries regarding sales, service, and vehicle availability


• Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinate with the dealership service team


• Support dealership marketing campaigns, online reviews, and customer satisfaction follow-ups


• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and loyalty


• Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC representative experience (dealership background is a plus)


• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written)


• Strong computer and CRM skills (Microsoft Office, call tracking, scheduling software, etc.)


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable attendance


• High energy, attention to detail, and a true passion for helping people
