Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, pre-fabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers


• Take card and check payments through POS machine


• Turn Sales Quote to Sales Order and collect payments


• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers


• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas


• Assist sales team with stock reservations and order scheduling

Requirements:

• Experience with cash and POS payment handling preferred


• Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing correct changes.


• Customer service skills with ability to handle customer inquiries, solve issues and coordinate between sales and customer promptly.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills


• Analytical mindset


• Organizational skills


• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30a - 4:30p


• Must be flexible to work on weekends


• On duty every 2-3 weeks on weekends from 10:00a - 2:00p
