Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Execute front of house operations with excellence
- Serve guests with great customer service
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all Front of house stations, including order taking, running orders, bagging and drink making
- Complete checklists and tasks with excellence
- Stock front of house inventory as needed
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Know and follow organizational standards
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must be Consistent and reliable
- Must be have a positive attitude
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Have the ability to work outside for long periods of time
