Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support our customer service team. This individual will be responsible for handling daily customer interactions, coordinating sample requests, and ensuring smooth order management processes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills who thrives in a team-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.



  • Coordinate sample requests, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.



  • Assist in managing orders, including processing, tracking, and resolving any discrepancies.



  • Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.



  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.



  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.



  • Handle customer issues and escalate complex problems to management as needed.




Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.



  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.



  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.



  • Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Monday.com is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.



  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
