Job Description - Customer Service Coordinator

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor and manage incoming leads from multiple government and commercial sources for our products and services

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and text.

  • Coordinate with Outside Sales and Production staff to issue timely estimates for customer product inquiries

  • Manage accounts & reporting for various government and commercial bidding platforms

  • Assist in coordinating incoming orders and services with Sales, Production & Procurement staff

  • Maintain consistent communication with potential and current customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Track and follow up on all leads to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Input and manage data in CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.

  • Provide feedback on lead performance and trends to help optimize processes.

  • Assist shop personnel in coordinating, scheduling, packaging and shipping out orders when needed

  • Assist sales staff with social media and other advertising activities


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development role, preferably within the automotive or tech industries.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical components and processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM software, excel, word and general computer skills.

  • A passion for customer service and helping clients

  • Social media marketing experience a plus


Personal and Attendance Requirements



  • Must have reliable transportation, or arrangements to meet attendance requirements for the position.

  • Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.

  • Must be able to pass a background review prior to being accepted for employment by the company.
