Envera is a legal entity of Lesaffre located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions, and many other areas where bacteria can play a key role.

 What you bring to the table
Having the desire and demonstrated ability to take on the primary responsibility for managing customer orders from start to fulfillment. This includes verifying inventory availability, coordinating shipments with logistics providers, and ensuring orders are delivered to meet all customer requirements and deadlines. You have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers throughout the order fulfillment process.

A few responsibilities you will have as the Customer Service Coordinator

• Process customer orders with a high level of detail.


• Plan, compare quotes and schedule shipments for completed orders.


• Generate necessary paperwork for international shipments.


• Interface with customers and internal departments regarding order status, logistics and delivery.


• Communicate tracking information in a timely manner.


• Keep customer and order records up to date across systems.


• Generate paperwork for stocked inventory as requested.

 To succeed you must have

• 3+ years of experience in customer service operations or account management


• Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in written form


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent people skills


• Responsible with high ethical standards, organized, and detail oriented.


• Strong, problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with experience using Sage ERP being particularly helpful.
