Customer Service Coordinator

Fields Lexus in Glenview is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone


• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries


• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise


• Provide general administrative and clerical support 


• Pay: $18.00 per hour

        ***HOURS: Mon-Thur 9:30-6:00 and Sat 7:00-3:00 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Experience using Microsoft Office suite


• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously


• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
