Classic Granite and Marble has been in business for 19 years and is Virginia's largest and premier stone fabricator. We have a beautiful showroom that leads into our office spaces, and our fabrication facility and warehouse are also located onsite. JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Coordinator works with all levels of leadership and internal and external customers in support of Classic Granite and Marble's goal to be the best provider of custom stone. The Customer Service Coordinator is a public facing role and can be involved in any aspect of a Classic Granite and Marble project.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.


• Effectively communicating information to both internal and external customers.


• Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.


• Send post installation surveys to customers.


• Liaison between customers and manufacturers for warranty claims.


• Create, distribute, and collect documents on behalf of Classic Granite & Marble.


• Perform follow up on open service tickets to ensure completion.


• Staying informed on installation and service methods to speak confidently with customers


• Participate in training new employees.


• Advising management on executing long-term project management.


• Has individual authority to formulate or deviate from corporate policy without prior approval.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• Understanding of mobile devices, cameras and or related applications
