Overview: As a Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and oversee the delivery of services to clients or customers. You will act as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with client expectations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordination of Service Delivery:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, inquiries, and issues.
    • Schedule service appointments, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client needs.
    • Coordinate with service providers, technicians, and other relevant personnel to ensure that services are delivered according to client requirements.
    • Monitor service delivery progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
  2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on service requests, timelines, and any relevant information.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences accurately.
  3. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client interactions.
    • Ensure that all documentation related to service delivery is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
    • Generate reports as needed to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide feedback and insights to relevant teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  5. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct quality checks on service delivery to ensure that it meets established standards and client expectations.
    • Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency enhancements.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any service-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced "Team-Oriented" environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook software applications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of service management principles and best practices (preferred).
