Bilingual Customer Service Landover, MD MUST: Experienced Bilingual Customer service
2 yrs. plus customer service background in a corporate environment
Must have excel and computer literacy
Must be able to communication professionally
Strong math ability required for square footage calculations
Strong dependability to perform
DUTIES: Will be answering phones
Take orders via phone and on line
Transfer orders from Pilot to JR
Process orders for next day installs
Speak with our installers daily
Call properties when needed
Help back office when needed/dispatch
Put out "fires for installs when needed
Scanning documents as required
