We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing an exceptional first impression of our company. You will handle all receptionist and clerical duties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and members.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly demeanor and an easy-going personality, with a strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail. You should be comfortable handling inquiries, addressing minor concerns, and providing accurate information to our members. Your goal will be to ensure everyone feels comfortable, valued, and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Answer member inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Monitor and stock inventory at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a front desk receptionist.
• Familiarity with office machines such as fax, printer, and scanner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organization abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Multitasking is a must!
