Each of our Design Centers house state-of-the-art showrooms, dedicated contractor sales counters and on-site, fully stocked warehouses.
We are seeking a Customer Service Generalist to join our growing Customer Care Team in our Chantilly, VA, Corporate Office! This critical role is designed to support the Mosaic Locations, Mosaic Sales Reps, and All Mosaic Customers. Our communication is primarily via email, and therefore, the right candidate will demonstrate excellent written skills. Critical thinking is a must, as you will build upon what you learn to grow within the role. Your top priority will be providing all our customers with The Mosaic Experience.
You will:
Learn the functions for the 3 Customer Service Teams: Samples, Residential, and Commercial
Enter and maintain customer orders.
Issue quotes and provide availability.
Respond to all Customer communication messages promptly and professionally.
Place and track Supplier Purchase Orders to maximize On Time Delivery to customer.
Expedite Customer orders with Purchasing and Manufacturing as needed.
Maintain schedule delivery dates of Sales Orders and Supplier Purchase Orders in system.
Work with Manager to process return requests.
Provide backup support for locations by answering phones as needed.
Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Capability of thinking and acting independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships with Locations and Customers.
Possess proven skills in ownership of what it takes to achieve strong Customer Satisfaction results.
Thorough, detail-oriented, with an excellent focus on getting results.
5+ years of customer service experience in a non-retail setting
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, research, and investigation skills
