Customer Service Greeter

The Customer Service Greeter at Bartow Ford will provide exceptional service to customers entering and exiting the dealership. The Greeter is also responsible for creating a positive customer experience and making customers feel welcome and valued. The Greeter promotes a hospitality-oriented environment while understanding the customers' needs and working to ensure customer satisfaction.

** Full-Time / Part-Time Available **

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, paid weekly

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday – Friday schedule will vary); Must be available to work on Saturday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person when they enter the dealership.


• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions


• Address customer inquiries and complaints, either directly or with the support of management.


• Assess customer needs and provide assistance accordingly.


• Direct customers to appropriate areas of the dealership.

Requirements:

• Must submit to a background check and drug test


• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.


• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
