Customer Service Lead Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport - Rental Car Facility

Conrac Solutions seeks a Customer Service Lead to support us in the consolidated rental car facilities at MULTIPLE locations and located at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.  Conrac Solutions strategically partners with industry to manage consolidated rental car facilities at airports across the
country. Our buildings house the sophisticated rental car companies’ operations and include but are not limited to car washes, fueling stations, garbage services, water reclaim systems, etc.

 

The Customer Service Lead works under the direction of the Customer Service Manager to provide support to multiple operating locations. Department leads will work together to receive service requests, generate work orders, dispatch technicians, and close out communication with clients. Please note this is a FT Regular position located at the rental car facility at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Service requests received by email are entered as work orders the same day they are received or
  the next business day if they are received after hours. 

• Phone calls and direct contact requests are entered immediately and dispatched based on the
  urgency level required by the client. 

• Accurate information is reviewed weekly with site teams to ensure effective resolution. 

• Process all service requests through the work order management system. 

• Dispatch technicians and vendors to complete work orders in a timely manner. 

• Participate in weekly service calls with assigned sites to update any open work orders. 

• Collaborate with other service leads and department leadership to ensure all sites are supported. 

• Maintain excellent working relationships with maintenance team, service departments, and clients. 

• Coordinate emergency response where needed. 

• Keep up to date on industry trends and developments. 

• Adhere to company policies and procedures. 

• Actively participate in meetings as requested. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Associate degree preferred. May be substituted with High School Diploma and 3+ years of
  experience in a similar facility support role. 

• Must be able to work for extended periods without direct supervision. 

• Substantial experience with customer service. 

• Familiarity with facility management and basic maintenance terms. 

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and asking appropriate questions. 

• Excellent attention to detail when recording notes. 

• Strength in Microsoft Office. Strong typing skills are also required.
