Our 1950s-themed family entertainment center features an all-you-can-eat buffet with over 100 delicious dishes (including our famous pizzas, of course!) and a thrilling game room filled with go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, and arcade games—everything under one roof.

Position Description

As the Customer Service Manager at America’s Incredible Pizza Company, you will oversee Sales Associates, Party Hosts, Dishwashers, and Bussers/Maintenance employees. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage customer relations, training, safety, and daily operations while fostering a respectful and collaborative environment through servant leadership.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities & Perks:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in customer service or the family entertainment industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging department
  • Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills
  • Be prepared to stand for long periods and lift/move supplies
  • Complete tasks assigned by the General Manager with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Interact with both team members and guests in a friendly, fun, and professional way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
  • Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance

This is a full-time salary position requiring a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week. Availability on weekends and evenings is required. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
