PrideStaff Carlsbad is seeking a Medical Device Customer Service Representative in Vista, CA

Project Manager/customer service experience with QuickBooks & Excel experience is a MUST.

Temp to hire opportunity


· Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft and Google

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with an inside sales/customer supporting role.

· Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers including excellent follow-up skills.

· Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  5. Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and situations.
  6. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data entry.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  9. Multitasking capabilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  11. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers.
  12. Reliable and punctual attendance to meet scheduling requirements.
  13. Ability to follow company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
  14. Previous customer service experience required (at least 3 years, 5 years is a plus)
