What You Will Do: 

• Support planning and execution of meetings with present and potential customers in cooperation with the (Senior) Relationship Managers to increase profitability and growth


• Develop relations with company representatives to handle daily customer contacts, assignments and needs with high quality and efficiency


• Handle all customers or other parties’ requests in case (Senior) Relationship Manager is absent


• Assist the (Senior) Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, as part of the customer team, to enable them to spend more time with customer


• Advise customers in daily banking matters


• Prepare standard credit memo forms, ensure smooth disbursement process


• Establish and maintain Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance Policy procedures in a customer relationship


• Prepare service offers, legal documentation, correspondence, etc


• Compile all kind of information about existing and potential customers; maintain updated information in customer files and databases

What We Expect:  

• Previous similar experience is considered beneficial


• General understanding of Corporate Banking activities


• Service and detail oriented mindset with ability to prioritize
























• Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
