Job Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service and Permit Coordinator to support our operations team. This role prepares and tracks permits, assists customers through the permitting process, and ensures clear communication across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate permit applications from start to finish with accuracy and timely submission
• Serve as a primary customer contact while providing updates and handling inquiries
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation in Excel and Word
• Collaborate with construction, design, and administrative teams to keep projects moving
• Organize digital and physical records for permits, client files, and project documents
• Adapt quickly to new systems and take initiative to support workflow improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable with consistent Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm availability
