Customer Service - Personal Counselor

The Gleim Sales Team is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, customer service-oriented, responsive, and hard-working. As the first impression, as well as the "face", of the company to our clients, the Sales Team is dedicated to providing solutions to the training needs of those preparing for the accounting and aviation exams.

Description

Helping clients succeed on accounting certification exams is all in a day's work for our Personal Counselors. As mentors to our clients preparing for the exams, Personal Counselors will assist clients through the exam processes. Personal Counselors are responsible for reaching out to existing clients, as well as establishing relationships with potential clients over the phone and through emails. Full time career position with a good benefits package.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Gainesville, Florida.


• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.


• Must have a minimum of an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
