Customer Service Admin Position Overview

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, in-house, Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Administration Department and hardworking team in Prescott, Arizona!

Customer Service Admin Responsibilities include

• Handling incoming customer service calls and relaying information to Sales Management for feedback responses
• Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
• Recording and documenting procedures

Customer Service Admin Pay & Benefits

Davidson’s is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package. The starting pay for the Customer Service Admin will be $19 p/hour in addition to voluntary benefits which include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, short-term/ long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match!
