岗位职责




  • 作为本地协调窗口,与项目经理、Business Development 团队及客户保持日常沟通对接


  • 为项目执行提供运营支持,包括协调 operationlogistics 及相关资源


  • 跟进项目进度,协助推动项目按计划落地执行


  • 处理客户日常沟通、服务支持及相关问题协调


  • 整理项目及客户相关数据、报告及流程信息,确保沟通顺畅高效


任职要求




  • 具备 Customer Service、项目协调或运营支持相关工作经验


  • 具有商业客户服务经验,能够对接大型企业客户(Fortune 100 / Fortune 500


  • 具备优秀的专业沟通能力、组织协调能力及执行力


  • 能够统筹多任务工作,细致负责,具备良好的团队协作意识


  • 可周一至周五(Mon–Fri)现场办公(On-site

Job Responsibilities



  • Serve as the local coordination point, maintaining daily communication with project managers, the Business Development team, and clients

  • Provide operational support for project execution, including coordinating operations, logistics, and related resources

  • Track project progress and assist in driving projects to completion according to schedule

  • Handle daily client communications, service support, and coordinate related issues

  • Organize project and client data, reports, and process information to ensure smooth and efficient communication


Qualifications



  • Experience in Customer Service, project coordination, or operational support

  • Experience in business customer service, capable of liaising with large enterprise clients (Fortune 100 / Fortune 500)

  • Excellent professional communication, organizational, coordination, and execution skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meticulous and responsible, with strong teamwork awareness

  • Available for Monday–Friday on-site work
