Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Location: ONSITE
Pay rate: $24 - $26
Responsibilities:
- Daily order entry, converting customer PO’s to sales orders (via email, phone, fax and online)
- Ensure order accuracy, communicate acknowledgement and ETA to customer after conferring with warehouse regarding delivery date options
- Prepare quotes as needed for specific customers before PO’s can be generated.
- Review each online order (OMNI) for accuracy and acknowledge with an ETA
- Follow through on customer questions, pricing, and sales tax exemption status
- Follow through with certain customers to ensure their order is received in a timely manner to achieve expected delivery dates (i.e. LeMaitre orders needed from all departments on Wednesday to prepare a quote for approval on Thursday and delivery scheduled for Friday)
- Generate Certificates of Compliance for specific products for companies as needed
- Fulfill various reporting requests from companies for Conflict Minerals reporting, REACH, RoHS, and similar as request
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for inventory control
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics processes
- Ability to procure and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and delivery terms
- Familiarity with procurement management practices
