Customer Service Rep

LIRON Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Rep to join our team in Lodi, CA. If you're bilingual in English and Spanish and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be the role for you. We also offer great benefits and competitive pay of $17 - $20/hour!

You will work part-time, various shifts within office hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This schedule is designed to provide structure while allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish


• Experience answering phones in a high-paced office setting


• Experience in any line of insurance or medical (helpful, not required)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Each day, you will step into a busy office where you'll spend most of your time answering phones and helping customers with professionalism and care. You'll communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to address questions and resolve issues, all while keeping up with the fast pace that keeps our office running smoothly. Experience in insurance or medical fields will help you hit the ground running as you navigate customer inquiries and support our team's daily mission.
