Customer Service Rep

The Role

You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping with product questions, coordinating orders and resolving issues while working closely with internal teams to make sure everything is handled accurately from start to finish.

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and in person
  


• Help customers with product questions and find the right answers or solutions
  


• Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring details are accurate
  


• Work with internal teams to keep orders moving and resolve issues when they come up
  


• Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems
  


• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as needed

• Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, data entry or administration
  


• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  


• Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple priorities
  


• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  


• Reliable, professional and punctual
