Do you have Call Center experience within a medical environment? Are you registered with the Kentucky Borard of Pharmacy? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 8 to 10 month opportunityl. Flexible work schedule and initial training onsite then WFH. Night shift 11:30a-8:00p or 10a-6:30p. Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

Previous call center experience preferred.

Previous healthcare experience desired

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Able to type 35 wpm or greater.

Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy (valid Registration required)

salary: $14 - $15 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 10 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

Provide accurate information to the caller.

Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers

Resolve the callers' needs.

Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Registered with KY Board of Pharmacy
