Description
Idaho Housing and Finance Association is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I in our Insurance Processing. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and/or insurance and be familiar with mortgage terminology.
The CSR I will take phone calls and emails to process customer requests regarding their Insurance needs. The CSR I will maintain friendly and helpful interaction with IHFA’s borrowers. The CSR I will be able to answer questions regarding Insurance policy requirements, update escrowed insurance details and work with the Servicing Vendor for borrower insurance needs. The CSR I will back up Customer Service calls.
