Job Description - Customer Service Rep. - Medical Equipment Support
A WELL ESTABLISHED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLY COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO SUPPORT BOTH THEIR RENTON & SEATTLE LOCATIONS. THIS ISN'T A FRONT DESK FACING ROLE, MORE OF AN BACK OFFICE ON THE PHONE CUSTOMER ORIENTED POSITION.

Pay: $22-24/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm w/ limited OT - This company tries to stay away from overtime hours.
4-Month Contract to Hire
Within this role you will be traveling from one location to Renton and Seattle throughout the week.
Mon/Tues in Renton
Weds-Fri in Seattle
1-Step Onsite Interview Process
Description:
Answer inbound calls regarding order and shipping status
Make outbound calls to schedule equipment pick up/drop off
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma / GED
-1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Resolution Experience
-Multi line / multi system or software experience
-Comfortable on the phones
PREFERRED:
Medical experience including Respiratory Therapy and Nursing experience is a plus
In-depth knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability and pricing
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs (oxygen tanks)
Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
