What You’ll Be Doing (And loving): As aCustomer Service Representative, your day will fly by as you:
Answer client callswith a smile (yes, they can hear it!) to take orders and provide updates.
Review and process ticketsfor Routed and On-Demand medical deliveries.
Solve customer concerns with grace and escalate to your super-supportive Supervisor when needed.
PerformQuality Assurance checksto ensure couriers are keeping patients happy and healthy.
Keep things professional, positive, and proactive in every interaction.

Be thecalm voicein the storm, handling customer requests promptly and thoroughly.
Rock your phone skills—answering calls with a smile is non-negotiable!
Gather, document, and track customer interactions with efficiency and accuracy.
Spot opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with all departments like a pro to relay and implement directions.
Bring your computer skills to the table, especially with Excel.
Embrace a weekend rotation—we all chip in to keep things running!
What You Bring to the Table:
High School diploma or GED? Check!
At least1 year of Customer Service experience? Even better!
Skills that make you a star:
Integrity and a commitment to top-notch service.
Quick thinking to assess situations and take action.
Crystal-clear communication, both spoken and written.
A knack for solving problems over the phone.
Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
Your Schedule:
Full-Time Shift Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, 2pm - 10pm. Need a different day off? Talk to us and we might be able to make it work.
