The applicant shall provide customer service support for both walk-in clients and callers.
The applicant shall provide information and/or referral services to all clients as necessary based on their specific needs.
The applicant shall be responsible for enrolling all military members, civilian employees, retirees and family members in appropriate programs as required to fulfill their needs.
The applicant shall schedule all customer appointments with the appropriate personnel.
The applicant shall provide assistance to customers faxing approved documents.
Qualification:
The applicant must have working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook in order to input lists, records, or other data points into electronic format.
Education/ Experience:
The applicant shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
The applicant shall have a minimum of two years of work experience in a position associated with customer service.
