Qualifications

1. EU Citizenship or Bulgarian work permit.

2. Minimum German (B2) or Polish (B2) or Portuguese (B2) + English (B2)

3. Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
