Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s needs and identifying solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company database.

• Provide product and service information to help customers maximize their experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues or escalate complex cases.

• Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our software products.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the software or tech industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic troubleshooting skills is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience).
