As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients, event attendees, and donors, playing a crucial role in ensuring event success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate event information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Event Promotion: Actively promote upcoming fundraising events and marketing campaigns, engaging with attendees, participants, and supporters.

  • Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met during event planning and execution.

  • Data Management: Assist with tracking donations, entering event data, and managing participant lists to ensure accurate event records.

  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve concerns or complaints from clients and event participants in a timely, courteous, and effective manner.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework is a plus).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • A positive, customer-first approach with a passion for helping others.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
