Customer Service Representative

Type of Support: Phone, Email, Chat 

Work type and Location: Hybrid (after 90 Days) – Garden City 

Schedule:  Full-Time, 8a – 5p MT, Monday-Friday 

About The Role 

This Customer Service Representative will interact with our customers to provide outstanding support for them before or after their car has been washed. At WFM, we pride ourselves on our ability to grow our employees by providing consistent coaching, leadership training, and numerous resources for continued education. A successful candidate will be savvy with web and computer as well as able to balance independent work with collaborative work. 

You’ll Be... 

• Providing excellent, friendly, and positive customer service via email, chat, and/or phone 
• A point of contact between our customers and the wash locations for anything that has gone wrong or right 
• Helping customers solve billing problems 
• Informing customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards 
• Helping to retain customers who are looking to cancel their memberships 
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Travel is not expected for this position.

Salary Description 

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
