Job Description - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our logistics team, ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate updates on their freight.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Set and reschedule pick-up and delivery appointments
  • Enter, update, and maintain critical load and customer information in real-time
  • Maintain up-to-date facility directions for driver teams
  • Research and remove duplicate customer entries for clean, accurate data
  • Audit EDI transactions for consistency and quality
  • Assist with website updates and load closeouts
  • Communicate quickly and clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Uphold company policies and deliver exceptional service every step of the way

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education:  High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: No prior logistics or transportation experience required — we will train the right candidate!
  • Computer Skills:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
    • Experience with TMW, DAT, and Power BI is a plus but not required.
