Now Hiring! Full-Time Customer Service Representatives

Are you a motivated and outgoing individual looking for a flexible full-time opportunity? Join our team here at Top Notch Remodelers and help homeowners schedule their free in-home consultation in order to design their dream kitchens and baths!

Position Details: This is an onsite position at our office. This is NOT a remote position.

Pay: Hourly + Bonus + Commission. Our representatives make between $17-24/hr on average.
Schedule: Flexible! Design your dream schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9-5, 10-6,11-7,12-8
- Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM – 2 PM
Location: Oldsmar area off of Hillsborough

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce them to our company, services, and products.
Set appointments for our design consultants.

Requirements:

✅ Basic tech skills (comfortable using a computer, headset, and making calls)
✅ Outgoing personality with strong communication skills/Appointment Setting Experience for home improvement preferred
✅ Must be local to the Tampa, FL and surrounding area
