As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Assist customers with general service tasks, service issues, assist with telemarketing
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Strong interest in a customer service career – customer service experience preferred
- No insurance experience required
- Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to service insurance upon hire
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
