This new year we have new events and new opportunities in a number of our retail locations across the Tampa region as a customer service representative.
Main Location: Tampa, FL 33634. This is an in person role.
Shift Availability: Flexible work pattern available, full time hours preferred however, part time hours may be available for the right candidate.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Your role as a customer service representative is to keep our brands fresh and upbeat.To do this you will:
- provide a high level of customer service
- present yourself professionally and be approachable by all who attend the event
- establish customer relationships on a face to face basis
- complete donor applications
- assist customers with questions and provideservice information
- upsell services where possible whilst at the event
- document new customer and new donor information as needed
- attract customers and donors to the event
Personal Characteristics: Great personality, professional work ethic, friendly demeanour, flexible and hard working are all characteristics that we are currently looking for.
Requirements: Training is provided for our new customer service representative. All that we ask is that you are over 18 with permission to work in the USA.
