About the Role:
Join the Jose Chavez-Lindley Agency as a Customer Service Representative! You’ll provide excellent service to our clients, assist with their insurance needs, and help grow the business through cross-sales opportunities. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in insurance.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and policy servicing

  • Process policy changes, payments, and documentation accurately

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products

  • Collaborate with licensed agents to support sales goals

  • Earn commissions on any cross-sales you help generate

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license preferred, but willing to support candidates interested in getting licensed

  • Experience in customer service or insurance preferred

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
