Our local agency takes pride in providing personalized service, expert advice, and peace of mind to individuals and families in our community. We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a key role in building relationships, answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting the agency’s sales efforts. Your ability to provide outstanding customer experiences will directly contribute to the agency’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person

Provide information on insurance products, services, and billing inquiries

Process policy changes, payments, and claims documentation

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Support agents with sales leads and cross-selling opportunities

Maintain accurate records in agency management systems

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)

Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills

Must have PA state property and casualty or personal lines insurance license within 30 days of start

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
