Customer Service Representative
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
Hourly Rate: $15
Pay Frequency: Monthly
About Us: Nepa Wholesale, established in 2009, is a premier distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and related products located in West Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking motivated, punctual individuals to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, forms, and requests
- Coordinate with internal departments
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus)
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
- Experience working in a C-store, vape shop is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background Screening
- E-verification eligibility
Must reside within a 20-mile radius of West Palm Beach, FL
