About the Role:

Park Avenue Cleaners in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a Telemarketing/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with room for growth and advancement.

Answering customer inquiries: Responding to phone calls, emails, chats, or social media messages.

Resolving complaints: Handling customer concerns or complaints, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Providing product/service information: Assisting customers with product details, services offered, and troubleshooting.

Processing orders or transactions: Assisting with order placement, returns, exchanges, or billing inquiries.

Documenting interactions: Keeping records of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

Maintaining customer relationships: Ensuring customers feel valued, offering loyalty programs or promotional offers when applicable.

Effective communication, patience, problem-solving, and empathy are key skills for a successful customer service representative.
