Kent Rubber Supply is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member responsible for supporting business transactions with our customers. You are responsible for handling requests for product support, quotes, and order placement. You must also exhibit best business practices and show respect and courtesy to all customers and co-workers.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional products and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer emails and calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Perform other duties as needed, including supporting customer service counter sales in related transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

- Team player who can work independently
