This position is for a Customer Service Representative at our facility in Charlotte, NC.  

Your Role

• Process and follow up on Sales Orders
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Schedule, plan and manage meetings as required
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with proper follow up to ensure resolution/customer satisfaction
• Provide data and prepare reports as required 
• Uses knowledge of product, services to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate department
• Develop a positive and friendly working relationship with internal customers
• Support the Quality Program process
• Cross train with other CSR’s & additional duties as assigned by management

Your Profile

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• Previous work experience with manufacturing, specific to pharmaceutical preferred
• Familiarity with CRM practices and systems
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Must demonstrate good judgement with the ability to make quick, sound decisions
• The ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and situations
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Must possess the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to initiate and follow through on assignments
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computers skills with the ability to learn new software
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product and service for folding carton manufacturing
• A commitment to safety through participation in the safety awareness process, e.g. compliance and promotion of policies/procedures
