Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
Location: Pryor, OK
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a reputable company in Pryor, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person regarding parts, orders, and complaints
• Review blueprints or technical files to determine customer needs
• Provide updates on orders, including pricing, shipping timelines, and delays
• Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information in the system
• Document customer interactions and actions taken for future reference
• Coordinate with internal departments to trace or expedite shipments
• Verify product availability and calculate order/shipping costs
• Address service and billing issues, including warranty coverage inquiries
• Escalate unresolved matters to the Parts Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of customer service principles and clerical systems
• Basic knowledge of mechanical concepts is a plus

Working Conditions
