Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Promptly answer phone calls and provide follow up accordingly
Communicate with patients accordingly with follow up/direction/assistance
Returns phone calls to patients as needed
Maintains a clean office environment
Appointment documentation as needed
Special project on as-needed basis, may be cross-trained in other areas of the business
Complete trainings as assigned by the organization within a timely manner
Manage time accordingly to complete priority tasks/projects
Assist with front office duties as requested/needed
Mail sorting and batch scanning
Complete all training as assigned by management by set deadlines
Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in referrals or medical office administration or clinic-based setting, required
1+ years of proven experience in a phone-based customer service setting, required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
Outstanding focus in customer service
Exceptional communication between team members and patients
Flexibility and adaptability to meet organization’s needs as well as effective problem-solving skills
Ability to view multiple tasks/communication and prioritize
Successfully manage multiple electronic messages using different platforms via email, Teams, and other approved platforms for business purposes.
EPIC experience
CPR/BLS certification
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility
Reports directly to the Operations Manager
Work Conditions & Work Schedule:
This job operates in a professional medical office environment - Is not a remote position
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
Position may require occasional travel between clinic locations - reliable transportation is required
Comfortable working 12 hours a day at a computer, toggling through different platforms
