Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Description

 

This is an entry level, on-site position in our Customer Program Management team.

Primary responsibilities will be to assist the Program Managers with day-to-day administrative

tasks to improve our workflows.

Requirements

 

  • Coordinate daily activities including invoicing, assisting with quotes status of items in-house, and customer calls, coordinating customer visits, document filing, data entry, etc.
  • Assisting Program Managers with updating status reports for current inductions, shipped units, repair orders, etc.
  • May be required to assist in developing analysis on turnaround times, job margins, customer feedback, etc.
  • In the absence of the Customer Program Manager, may attend production and other meetings to keep the Customer Program Manager updated and to inform management of the status of our customer backlog.
  • Assist in preparing proposals/contracts as may be required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

High school Diploma or GED

Minimum 2 to 3 years in a technical customer service role with administrative responsibilities

Technical, sales marketing and customer support dealing with aerospace products such as APU’s or other rotating equipment.

Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.

Experience with Infor SyteLine or similar ERP systems

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Must be able to work on-site; remote work is not available for this position.
