Job Overview (Duties/Responsibilities):
Goods Electric Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who aligns with our core values and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing solutions to customer concerns.

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, ETC.), Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Notion or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company’s values.
